All 6 Utopian suites are rented individually, have private bathrooms, Mitsubishi mini-splits and radiant floor heating in the bathroom, hair driers, supersized bath sheets, pool towels, bath robes and flip-flops, remote ceiling fans, remote TV & HVAC controls, keypad entry and rural views with plentiful wildlife.
#1 - STEAMPUNK SUITE (unavailable)
Large, luxurious and fully furnished, the 9ft ceiling, south-facing 500sqft step-free Steampunk Suite is fully accessible by ramp. Constructed with both Mitsubishi mini-splits and radiant floor heat, the Steampunk Suite with private bathroom and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, Keurig, toaster oven and kettle, is furnished with a large walk-in closet, a new Ralph Lauren Tuft & Needle king size memory foam bed, pillows and cotton bedding. A matching riveted Steampunk leather sofa, chair, high table & barstools with overhead lighting face a large wall mounted swivel TV. The leather desk & shelving with high speed internet are perfect for online work while the custom bathroom has heated floors and plenty of hot water. Guests also have use of communal laundry, full gourmet kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, dining-room, living room, vacuum & Swiffer, etc

Constructed with a private south-facing deck with panoramic farm and forest views, this 2nd floor south-west facing luxurious, fully furnished, step-free, 350sqft Steel Suite boasts a private bathroom and a kitchenette with fridge, Keurig, toaster oven and kettle. The custom steel bed offers a queen Serta hotel mattress, cotton bedding and memory foam pillows while the spacious bathroom has heated floors and rural views of local wildlife.
The bedroom has 2 built-in closets, a remote ceiling fan, dimmable lighting, a large articulated wall-mounted swivel TV, high speed internet, a high table & bar stools. Guests also have use of a communal laundry, full gourmet kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, Keurig, dining-room, living room, vacuum & Swiffer.
#3 - BRICKHOUSE Suite (Unavailable)
Accessible by ramp and step-free, this is the smallest suite at Utopia measuring 250sqft, but just as luxurious with 180-degree rural views, heated floors, Mini-splits, dimmable lighting, His & Hers closets, a queen memory foam mattress with cotton bedding and memory foam pillows. Guests also has use of communal laundry, full gourmet kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, dining-room, living room, vacuum & Swiffer.
#4 - THE LOFT (unavailable)
By far the largest suite, The Loft, up one flight of stairs, boasts 1,000sqft of total luxury . Occupying the entire third floor of Utopia, this south-facing suite with a huge private bathroom and deck with table & bar stools boasts spectacular panoramic rural farm and forest views. Fully carpeted, The Loft offers a jetted tub, a huge shower, twin sinks and a make-up mirror. The living space includes a four poster steel king bed with a Serta hotel mattress, a massive red leather Chesterfield, Captains table, chairs and industrial lighting, a sizable angle-poise wall-mounted TV, a seasonal gas fireplace, two remote ceiling fans and a private fridge, Keurig, kettle & ice maker. Guests also has use of communal laundry, full gourmet kitchen, ice maker, gas stove, microwave, dining-room, living room, vacuum & Swiffer.
#5 - USS UTOPIA (Available 09/01/2026)
By far, the most expensive part of our renovation, this step-free suite is on the ground floor and just 5 steps from the parking lot, USS Utopia measures 475sqft. Constructed with authentic brass lighting fixtures & windows throughout, this suite occupies 4 pocket doors (including a kitchenette with Keurig, fridge/freezer and kettle), a huge walk-in closet and a separate porthole'd shower and WC. A black walnut counter and chairs is ideal for desk work while a 4 poster bed is graced with the ultimate in custom luxury to include a Serta Hotel mattress, cotton bedding and memory foam pillows with access to a wall mounted swivel TV. Seasonal radiant floor heat and mini-splits maintain optimal year round temperatures while this living space is ideal for those who work nights since the portholes let in less light. Since this is on the 1st floor, the kitchen is up one flight of interior stairs.
