This is a "historic" building built with Princeton Quarry Stone like a fortress between 1865- 1893. During its early life this building has been a Nite spot, a brothel, lol yes a jail house. Known then as Vorhees Hall when in 1919 it became Rocky Hill Borrow Hall with a courthouse inside. Later it became The Rocky Hill town hall until the 1970's when the town sold it and it was made into high end apartments.
The building is modern in every way inside and out. It is a must see. The units have 9" ceilings, some higher, and is completely updated with Central AC new gas hot water and heat. Extremely efficient. When you open a closet, the light goes on automatically. All lights on dimmers. It features high end floors and all beautiful rare blue gray granite counters with top-of-the-line appliances including washer and dryer. The bathroom features a real marble shower and bath tube as well as marble counter for sink.
There is a downstairs lounge area for tenants use for entertaining. We also use this lounge area and the patio for our building wine parties which we hold for any one new moving in. What's so special?
This building has 5 apartments/ tenants who are screened in person.
Tenant compatibility is extremely important.
