The furnitures are minimal (the photos shows the house when fully furnished) , and the place can be rented with or without the beds/ tables/ chairs that are still in the house. Millerton is a 20 minute drive (or 50 minute bike-ride on the rail-trail) from the Wassaic train station (MTA North), ~2hrs from Penn Station NYC. It is a charming little village, at a walking distance from the house. NYS Home Energy Star Rated, the house was designed to maximize the southern exposure (while remaining cool inside in the summer), and it's surrounded by all you can wish in the countryside. The house has lots of natural light; it is solid, well-insulated, unique, and very comfortable.
