Minimum 6 month lease (then month to month). This is a turn key rental with all furnishing and accessories included, Rent is $3100 and utilities are a flat fee of $200 which includes wifi, and other utilities. The furnishing need to stay in the cottage, it is beautifully furnished with linens, a well equipped kitchen, Heath dishes, TV, and a newer queen mattress on the bed. I can send a link to a video tour through email. The vintage cottage was built in the 1920's, and is owned/furnished by the owners of Heath Ceramics. It has wonderful views, unique furnishings and art, it is about 650 square feet with a very functional floor plan. There is one bedroom (with a queen bed), a living/dining area with a fireplace and fantastic water views. There is a pull out couch for guests, a well equipped small kitchen with full sized appliances (no dishwasher) and lots of Heath Ceramics, as well as a laundry room in with a full sized washer and dryer. The vintage style bathroom has been renovated to retain its original design and character. Storage for bikes and some smaller items is available in the shared garage. Out the front door the patio/outdoor area is landscaped and has a small table for two for eating or just watching the boats go by on the bay. The cottage is located in a great area of Sausalito, it is a short walk from Caledonia street, which has fantastic food, a great food market, shops and a lovely library. An even closer walk brings you to a sandy beach on the bay, and the local Farmers Market. There is plenty of street parking usually right in front of our property. PLEASE NOTE: We live on the property in the main house so we want to make sure it's a good fit for ourselves and our tenants.
