Lease terms

Owner pays for water and lawn maintenance. Renter is responsible for gas, electric, trash service, internet/cable, cleaning, and snow removal. Smoking is prohibited inside the main house and detached studio. First month and last month's rent are due at signing. If dogs are allowed (no more than two), renter must pay to have rugs and furniture professionally cleaned at the end of the lease. A security deposit is not required, however renter is financially responsible for any damage to the house or broken property during their tenancy and must report it to the owner as soon as something happens. Owner can refer a cleaning service for the renter if desired. There is ample parking on the premises. Note; there is no parking at any time on Lothrop Lane (a private street).
