Spacious half-house side-by-side unit is now available for rent on a month-to-month basis. The newly remodeled home features 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fresh paint. Rent is $1,400 per month (utilities not included) with a $1,400 security deposit, the first month's rent and deposit are due at lease signing. Up to 2 cats are allowed with a $300 pet fee and proof of immunization/flea treatment. A background and credit check (fee paid by the applicant) is required prior to showings. To apply, submit a rental application, the last two pay stubs, a photo ID, and a credit/background report. No smoking permitted.
