Room is fully furnished, with queen bed/night stand along with chest of drawers and closet, also smart TV. Room is on smaller side but more than accommodating. Room for rent in photos will be the room with dark brown furniture and blue bedspread. Brand new sealey mattress. All the expected appliances provided as well as silverware, glassware, dishware, pots and pans and many other items like air fryer, Keurig, pressure cooker etc. Washer and Dryer also available. All is needed would be sheets\pillows and towels to be all set. Unfinished large basement available for some limited storage if needed. Owner spends 95% of time in his bedroom\office, the other renters also spend equal amount of time in their own bedrooms so candidate will have the run of the open areas of the house mostly to themselves if wanted, enjoy the 60 inch TV with sound bar for that favorite movie while relaxing on a comfortable couch.
