Cats are ok, sorry no dogs, there is a nonrefundable $200 pet deposit fee with an additional $50 per month per cat. You will only be responsible for cleaning fee OR pet deposit fee NOT both. The application fee is $50.00 NON-refundable per adult for credit and eviction background check. Anyone over 18 yrs old+ must submit an application and be on the lease. Good Credit history and landlord references required.
