Lease terms

This property is offered under a one-year residential lease. First month's rent and a security deposit are due at lease signing. Any applicable fees or charges will be outlined in the lease agreement. WiFi and cable is not included and is tenant's responsibility. The tenant is responsible for maintaining the apartment in a clean, sanitary, and orderly condition; promptly reporting maintenance issues or damage; properly disposing of trash; and using all fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and other property components responsibly. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by the tenant, occupants, or permitted pets beyond normal wear and tear. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the apartment or on the property. 2 off-street parking spots available for tenant use. One small or large dog is permitted, subject to landlord approval and the terms and conditions of the lease. The tenant is responsible for the dog's care, supervision, waste removal, and any damage caused by the pet. All lease terms, tenant responsibilities, property rules, and applicable fees will be governed by the executed lease agreement.
