12 months lease required. There is a strict non-smoking policy, which includes no smoking outdoors or anywhere on the property. Dogs of all sizes are welcome, with no additional pet fee. Renter is responsible for electric, water and internet. Security deposit is due upon signing lease and first month rent due upon moving in. Landlord lives close by and is available for prompt assistance if any issues should arise. Everything in the home is brand new after extensive renovations, so our renters can expect very few maintenance issues :) Renovations included new HVAC system on main level/Mini-splits in basement, all new plumbing and electrical, insulation, all new energy efficient windows and all new appliances.
