Gym, Washer and Dryer, 3 refrigerators. We only share trash bags, Dawn dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. No food, shampoo or other products are shared. I've been doing this for years and have had some great men and women stay for months or years. There is no storage room. So some may need to get a storage unit at a rental facility. No extra vehicles or trailers. We have high-speed Verizon WIFI that, as we say, "as long as rent is on time Wifi is included as well"(no cable). Oil heat, radiator. Window A/C.
