Lease terms

A standard Washington State 1 yr lease (no short term or month to month leases). Off street parking. Tenant pays all utilities. Potential tenants must have verifiable income at least 3x rent amount. Credit must be good with no evictions. Background checks must be performed on anyone 18 yrs and older. No violent or drug related convictions will be considered. Upon contact, you may request our application for all adults. We use a fully encrypted and safe background/credit report (please don't use Zillow bg/credit check) How it works: Applicants are sent an email for permission and a nominal fee. (We never see your card information or charge application fees, the site is safe and thorough) These reports are reusable and may be accepted by other landlords. Pet policy: only pets under 30 lbs and must be licensed and up to date on shots. There is a one time $250 non refundable pet deposit per pet and $30/mo pet rent added to monthly rent.
