This is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking of any kind is prohibited anywhere on the premises, including inside the residence, balconies, patios, garages, and all exterior areas of the property. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana/cannabis (including legal recreational or medical use), vaping/e-cigarettes, hookahs, and any smoke-producing or vapor products. To respect neighboring residents and maintain a clean, healthy living environment, smoke and strong odors that transfer to neighboring homes or common areas are not permitted. Due to the attached nature of the community, this policy is strictly enforced. Outdoor Space & HOA Guidelines: Front porches, balconies, and patios are intended for reasonable outdoor enjoyment and may be furnished with patio furniture and tasteful planters. To help maintain the appearance of the community and comply with HOA guidelines, these areas may not be used for storage of personal belongings, excessive items, boxes, equipment, or miscellaneous household goods. Residents are expected to keep outdoor areas neat and uncluttered, with ample garage space available for storage. We value being good neighbors and maintaining a welcoming, well-kept environment for everyone in the community.
