This house is in a secure- gated community with 2-car garage attached with additional space for storage and washer/dryer as well. You will have full access to the house with almost brand new appliances, central AC/heater unit, stove and oven unit, dish washer and microwave. 1-year lease is needed with one-month deposit when you move in.
