I am renting my 3-story remodeled townhouse with 2 bdr 2.5 baths and attached garage in a gated complex.… It locates in Canoga Park within walking distance to Westfield Mall. the Village, Cotsco and Time Warner Center. Move-in date: July 1st 2026
There are 2 separate bedrooms upstairs and 2 baths with bathtub and shower upstairs. One bedroom has a balcony facing west with beautiful skyline and mountain view . The other one is the master bedroom with own bath attached.
This is a non-smoking, drug-free, non excessive drinking house. I also prefer if you have good credit, good background check, proof of income or a full-time student with reliable support and no pets. This house is in a secure- gated community with 2-car garage attached with additional space for storage and washer/dryer as well. You will have full access to the house with almost brand new appliances, central AC/heater unit, stove and oven unit, dish washer and microwave. 1-year lease is needed with one-month deposit when you move in. You will be responsible for power, gas and internet at your discretion. Water and trash are included in the owner's HOA.
