Lease terms

A 12-month lease is available at $1,950/month. For tenants seeking long-term stability, a 24-month lease is offered at $1,850/month saving you $100/month and $1,200/year. All leases require first month's rent and a security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing. Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A late fee will be assessed for payments received after the 5th. No subletting permitted. Tenant is responsible for all utilities. Minimum credit score of 620 required.
