Lease terms

While a standard 12-month lease is preferred, alternative short-term arrangements may be considered on an individual basis to accommodate specific relocation needs. To facilitate a seamless transition, water and electricity utilities are complimentary during the first month of occupancy. Commencing the second month, the tenant will assume full financial and administrative responsibility for all utility accounts.
