The monthly rent is $1200 which includes, electric, water and fiber 1 gig internet and the room is available immediately. Looking for a long term roommate, no lease shorter than 7 months, prefer 1 year. My townhome is new approx 1800 sq ft. 3 bedroom with upstairs loft if you need office space, 2.5 bath with large 2.5 garage. All bedrooms upstairs with loft space, that tenant can use for office space, which already has desks. Room is approx 150 sq st but does not include bathroom and loft or other living spaces. 1/2 bath on first floor. House is fully furnished, room is being rented unfurnished. Room, Pics have queen blow up mattress and has drapes and remote control fan with light, bathroom is large and has dual sinks. Laundry located on upstairs, for added convenience. Ample parking, close to entrance to get out easier, very large community in Harmony, Lots of walking trails, golf, tennis, community pool etc... 30 Minutes to Melbourne beach or Orlando, close to Lake Nona area. I will need to do full background check, app fee $50.00 and looking for 1st and last and security, ok with small pets, that are house broken would need additional pet deposit $300.00, tenant would need renters policy for their contents and liability.
