Utilities: Tenants will be fully responsible for all utilities associated with the property. Tenants must establish utility services in their own name and are responsible for paying all monthly utility charges and usage. Non-Smoking Policy: This property is a strictly non-smoking home. Smoking of any kind including cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, vaping, or any other smoking device is not permitted anywhere on the premises, including inside the home, garage, porch, or surrounding property. Guest Policy: Guests are permitted to stay in the home for a maximum of five (5) days per visit. Under no circumstances may any guest stay ten (10) consecutive days without prior written approval from the property owner. Pet Policy: No pets are permitted under this rental agreement. In rare circumstances, a pet may be considered only with prior discussion and written approval from the property owner. Otherwise, pets are not allowed on the property.
