      Flexible lease terms. Electric and internet not included. Smoking will be automatic revoking of security deposit. This is on a don't ask, don't tell basis. If it smells like there was smoking on final inspection, it will be assumed as such. There is one uncovered spot off the street for the unit in the back. Otherwise the street parking has never been a problem. Also comes with a small storage lock box attached to the carport. These have been known for break ins so be careful when storing stuff here. This property is under HOA jurisdiction. A copy of the rules and regulations will be emailed upon signing. Any fees charged to the owner will be reciprocated to the tenant. Options to break the lease are available on request. This will incur an additional fee on top of that month's rent. With all that out of the way, this place is quite lovely! It was the owners primary residence but has to move away for work. It has a convenient fitness center, pool, and is right off highway 8. The only downside is no in-unit laundry, however the laundry room is almost never busy (most of the other units have in-unit). The only time you can't do laundry is when it's raining, but come on it's San Diego!
