Xfinity internet service is INCLUDED in the rent, otherwise utilities are the responsibility of the tenant. $600 of the security deposit will be kept for professional house and carpet cleaning at the end of the lease. Smoking of any kind will not be permitted by tenants or guests on the property or in neighborhood common areas, including tobacco, marijuana or e-cigarettes. Dogs will be considered and if approved, will require an additional $300 security deposit for one dog, $500 for two dogs. The deposit may be used for any potential damages or necessary cleaning. Please replace the furnace filter every 3 months, and replace the refrigerator water filter, as needed. Please do not put any holes in the walls.
