The cottage has everything you will need for an enjoyable and comfortable living experience. The secluded front porch is a great place to start or finish the day watching the neighbors go by walking their dogs or just taking a stroll. There is a beautiful large, fenced yard with many plants and trees which is secluded for relaxing and dining on your private deck. The deck is accessed directly from the cottage so you can go outside to enjoy the incredible Florida mornings, sitting drinking a cup of coffee and reading the morning paper. In addition, in the evenings, you can enjoy sitting by the fire pit which is located on a lighted patio area in the center of the yard. The kitchen is fully fitted with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster and the dining area has a 42-inch round table with four chairs. The spacious bedroom has a queen-sized bed, night stands, chest of drawers, built-in closet and en-suite bathroom which is bright and cheery with nice strong in-tub shower.
