The apartment is available with a one-year lease and rents for $800 per month. It is located on the second floor and is accessed by an exterior staircase. The building has only two levels, so this unit is on the top floor. The apartment includes: * Two small bedrooms, each with a closet * One small bathroom with a full bathtub * A kitchen and living room area * A window overlooking the backyard rather than the street * Off-street parking A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is located on the main level and is shared with the other upstairs unit. Included in the rent: * Water and sewer * Trash removal * Lawn maintenance * Snow removal Tenants are responsible for electric heat, which can run approximately $150-$200 per month during the winter months. The unit does not have central air conditioning, so tenants typically use window or wall-mounted A/C units. This is a smaller apartment, making it most suitable for one person, or possibly two. There is no smoking permitted in the unit. Small pets, including cats and small dogs, may be considered; however, because the building is shared, we prefer quieter pets. Large dogs are not permitted.
