SNOWBIRD/WINTER RENTAL ONLY The unit is available from November 1, 2026, to March 1, 2027. We will not rent to third parties! Maximum occupancy: 2 guests No parties and no SMOKING of any kind, VAPING, OR PETS ALLOWED AT RESORT OR IN THE CONDO. Violation will result in eviction, fines starting at $500.00, and no refund of any monies paid or security deposit. One set of linens and towels are included with the rental. These are not to be removed from the condo. Unless you are taking them to the laundromat at the resort. No towels, bathing suits, etc. hanging from the balcony railing. Subject $200 fine. Quiet hours are 10 p.m. until 8 a.m. PARKING: The maximum number of vehicles allowed is two, you must have a permit displayed on the dashboard. (Permit will be in the unit when you arrive) Vehicles over 6'5" high and motorcycles must park in overflow parking across the street. *No trailers, golf carts, RVs, and campers are permitted. AMENITIES: Resort amenities may not be available at certain times due to maintenance, upgrades, or because of the time of year. Guests cannot hold the host responsible for resort-controlled amenities. No refunds or rebates will be given. Guest must sign the rental agreement and provide photo identification. The first month's rent, along with the security deposit and cleaning fee, is due upon signing the rental agreement.
