General Terms 1. We will not accept any tenants with felony convictions. 2. There will be no recreational or illegal drug use on the premises. Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the residence or within 50 feet of the building. 3. Pets are not allowed in this home or upon the premises. 4. Monthly rent is $2,800 with a $1,500 security deposit. $1,000 may be refundable if the home is left clean and no damage is done to the home. 5. Rent will be due on the first day of the month; a late charge will be charged after the 5th day of the month, and legal action will be taken on the 10th if rent is not paid in full. The late charge is 5% of the total rent. 6. This lease is for a twelve (12) months minimum stay. 7. Landlord will take care of yard work at the property including mowing and tree/ bush maintenance.
