Lease terms

Lease Terms: Utilities Responsibility for Utilities: The Tenant agrees to be fully responsible for the payment of all utilities and services associated with the Property during the term of the lease. This includes, but is not limited to, the following: Electricity Water and Sewer Gas Trash Collection Internet, Cable, and/or Telephone Services Any other utility or service used in connection with the Property. Account Setup: The Tenant shall arrange for all necessary utility accounts to be placed in their name(s) before or on the commencement date of this lease. Proof of account setup may be requested by the Landlord. Payment: All utility bills must be paid in full and on time by the Tenant. Failure to pay utilities that result in disconnection or service interruption will be considered a breach of this lease. Maintenance of Utilities: The Tenant shall ensure that utilities remain connected and in working order throughout the lease term, except in cases of temporary interruptions caused by service providers or unforeseen circumstances. Liability: The Landlord is not responsible for any late fees, penalties, or charges incurred due to the Tenant's failure to set up, pay for, or maintain utilities. Inspection: The Landlord reserves the right to request proof of payment for utilities at reasonable intervals during the term of the lease. Final Utility Bills: Upon termination of the lease, the Tenant must provide evidence that all utility accounts have been paid in full. Any unpaid balances or costs associated with restoring utility services will be deducted from the security deposit.
