The fully equipped kitchen features a microwave, stove, oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker with coffee essentials, electric kettle, sink with hot and cold water, glasses, silverware, pots and pans, and a dining table with chairs. The bedroom features a queen-size bed with pillows, linens, and sheets, as well as reading lamps. The bathroom is stocked with essential toiletries, including a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, toilet, towels, hand towels, and washcloths.
One parking space is included. Check-in instructions on how to access the garage will be sent before your stay. Pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals, and an additional cleaning fee is required per pet: 1-7 Nights: additional $25/night, 8-29 Nights: additional $200, 30+ Nights: additional $300. There is a 2 pet maximum and only cats/dogs are allowed. Depending on the cleaning schedule, early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour with 24 hours notice.

Local bookings are not accepted, and all guests must be 23 years old and above. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am every day, and noise complaints or any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy, and if there is a party of any kind the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, and if any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There is a $500 late check-out fee. If pets are brought without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There are noise monitors installed in the unit, and if tampered with, there will be a fee. There are security cameras in the hallways for security. Lost or unreturned keys cost $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements.
