The inviting full bathroom is private and stocked with essential toiletries, featuring a bath with a shower, wash basin, mirror, and toilet.
One parking space is included, with instructions on how to access the garage provided before your stay. For units that permit pets, pets are allowed depending on size or if they are service animals. An additional cleaning fee is required per pet: $25/night for 1-7 nights, $200 for 8-29 nights, and $300 for 30+ nights. There is a 2 pet maximum, and only cats/dogs are allowed.

Quiet hours are between 10pm - 8am everyday. Any violation of this rule may result in cancellation of booking and removal from property without refund. There is a strict no-party policy. Cameras above the door and noise detectors are in the house. If there is a party of any kind, the police will be called and everyone will be removed from the property with no refunds. No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, with a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property, including balconies and in or around the building. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. Guests must be 23 years of age or older. Guests may be asked to provide a copy of their official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check. All guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement. A $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold is required. Lost or unreturned keys will incur an $80 fee for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. Early check-in/check-out may be accommodated at a fee of $25/hour, with 24 hours' notice. A $500 late check-out fee will apply. Noise monitors are installed in the units and will result in a fee if tampered with. Security cameras are in the hallways for security.
