This beautiful home has large windows throughout - overlooking a wildlife refuge and the Pamunkey River.… It is less than 5 years old with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The open floor plan allows you to cook while visiting with family and friends in the expansive living area. For chilly days there is a stone floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace. The large first floor master bedroom has a private bathroom with a 2 sink granite countertop and a natural stone walk in shower and private toilet room. The two second floor bedrooms also have breathtaking views of the river with a hall bath and separate second sink, closet and dressing area. The long dock reaches deep water if you have a boat or just want to enjoy the water. The sunsets are magical! There is a white pergola with plenty of room for outdoor couches and dining - complete with string lights (although the stars are so bright you barely need lights). Finally, a stone firepit is a perfect place for roasting marshmallows in the summertime while the fireflies twinkle. This home is part of a private neighborhood with just 12 properties. Richmond and Williamsburg are both just 45 minutes away. The historic triangle of Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown are nearby. Busch Gardens, Water Country and several wineries and gold courses are all within easy driving distance. We love 4 legged friends and the yard is fenced with the exception of the driveway. The landlord will not live on site but is available just 40 minutes away. Some of owner's property will be kept in garage and parts of the attic.
