About the building

I travel a lot and am looking to rent my cozy furnished north-Bainbridge home for the rest of the summer to someone who wants more than an Airbnb. The apartment has a full kitchen that'll satisfy experienced cooks (instant pot, convection oven, microwave, immersion blender, juicer/bullet everything but dishwasher). Dine indoors or under the overhang at the patio -- also outdoor seating with fire pit. One guest chose to sleep outdoors under the stars! Well appointed throughout. Murphy Queen bed for exercise/meditation space; loft bed ideal for teen(s). Mini split provides heat and air conditioning. The bathroom includes washer/dryer and a sauna shower. Bonuses include two fat-tire ebikes and a J1772 Level 2 electric vehicle charger A dog lives with me here but you might never know -- between the air filter and roomba. Other tenants on property - everyone has their own space (like a little cul de sac). Close to roundabout for easy arterial access and bus routes. Numerous road ends (public water access) are within walking/driving distance, 3 miles from the Grand Forest and pickleball/tennis courts and 10 minutes from two different sets of mountain bike trails. For those unfamiliar with the area, it's the perfect launchpad for one or two to explore with trips to Port Townsend, the Olympic Mountains, Hoh Rainforest, Pacific Ocean or in the other direction, Seattle, Pike Place Mkt & Mt Rainier via ferry . As well as explore island beaches/parks/hikes, cafes, our world class art museum and walk to Bloedel or Clearwater .
