The date and time that each completed application is received is recorded and applications are processed in the order received. If applications are received before the Open Application Period, they are subject to an 8-hour penalty and processed in the order received (see PCC 30.01.086.C.1). Acceptance of Zillow Applications will be turned on June 7th, 2026 and all applications/background and credit checks will be processed through Zillow. Rent: $2,695 & Security Deposit: $2,695 First month's rent and security deposit are required upon signing of lease. Minimum of $100k in liability insurance required. Screening Criteria Overview: Income-to-rent ratio of 2x is required Minimum credit score is 500 Pet Policy: Small dog (under 40lbs) is acceptable, $400 refundable pet deposit and $40/month pet rent. Cat and med/large dog negotiable with good references, additional deposit and/or pet rent may apply. Owner is responsible for garbage and basic landscape maintenance service. Tenant is responsible for: electricity, water, sewer, gas, & cable/internet. Accessibility: this home has several steps to enter the ground floor main entrance and is not accessible for wheelchair users. No smoking is permitted on the property.
