Lease terms

Rent is 2,700$ with 1st month and last month due at signing of the lease with 1,000$ deposit. Deposit is refundable if home is left in good condition after lease term. Good condition means, carpet doesnt have to be replaced or overly cleaned, no holes in the wall, no broken appliances, no major cleaning, painting, or throwing away of discarded items left on the property. No smoking allowed in the home, only pets allowed to include small service dogs, and small dogs with a 500$ non refundable deposit, with an extra 200$ a month for pet rental cost. No cats, birds, snakes, rabbits, pigs, etc. Tenant pays for utilities, please no parking on the street over night unless it is a guest for a few days. Landlord will take care of lawn care and pest control.
