No smoking No loud noise between 10pm and 8am For everyone's safety and comfort, please keep all personal belonging in your rental unit. Also children are kindly asked to refrain from playing in the common area. No cars bigger than 7ft X17ft. Cars must be parked in their assigned spaces. Cars must be parked properly in the center of each parking spot. Wi-Fi usages is for personal use ONLY. Security cameras are installed in common area for your safety. Also leak detectors are installed under the sinks for your protection. Please do not temper with the cameras and leak detection devices . Solid waste containers (bins) must be kept on the side of the rental unit behind the kitchen wall. charging electric vehicles in the property is permitted ONLY with prior approval and will INCUR additional $100 / month. Trash bins should be placed near the curb on Wednesday evenings and they should be returned to their original assigned space by Thursday evenings. Pets are welcome with prior approval. Owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. If pets urinate or damage sofas, beds or other furniture , a cleaning or repair fee up to $500 will be applied. We kindly ask that pets are supervised at all time to prevent any damages.
