Parking Driveway accommodates up to 2 vehicles Ample guest and street parking available throughout the neighborhood No commercial vehicles, RVs, boats, or trailers without prior approval Maintenance Responsibilities Tenant responsible for routine upkeep, including replacing HVAC filters, light bulbs, and maintaining cleanliness of the property Landlord responsible for major repairs and maintenance not caused by tenant negligence Application Requirements Completed rental application Proof of income Background check Credit check Income should be at least 3x monthly rent Positive rental history preferred Occupancy Occupancy limited to approved tenants listed on the lease.
