The property will be offered under a six (6) month lease agreement at a monthly rental rate of $3,200. Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a grace period of up to five (5) days. Any rent received after the grace period may be subject to a late fee as outlined in the lease agreement. The six-month lease term may be renewed on an ongoing basis, provided that rent is paid on time and the tenants maintain the property in a respectful manner. A security deposit equal to one month's rent ($3,200) will be required prior to move-in. The security deposit will be refundable, provided the property is returned in good condition, excluding normal wear and tear. Tenants will be responsible for all utilities, including but not limited to electricity, gas, and water. Gardening and landscaping services will be provided by the landlord and are included in the monthly rent. Tenants must allow reasonable access for scheduled maintenance of the yard. Only approved occupants listed on the lease agreement may reside at the property. Subleasing or short-term rentals are not permitted without written approval from the landlord. Tenants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and general condition of the home and must promptly report any maintenance issues. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home. This includes, but is not limited to, cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping devices, marijuana, or any other smoking products. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, garage, or any enclosed areas of the property.
