This area can also serve as an additional sleeping space with a sofa bed for two guests. Step into the beautiful, modern kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, all the cookware, dinnerware, and utensils you could need. It features a coffee machine, a large breakfast bar, and sleek stone benchtops. Enjoy meals at the stylish dining table set for your entire group. On the second floor, three generous bedrooms offer comfortable beds topped with quality linen and wall-mounted Smart TVs. The master bedroom boasts a luxuriously large king-size bed with its own sparkling en-suite, including a spacious walk-in shower and a relaxing soaking tub. Bedroom two is furnished with a queen bed, and bedroom three has two twin beds. The two additional bedrooms share a central bathroom, stocked with essentials and soft fluffy towels. You'll also have access to a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. For outdoor fun, gather at the outdoor dining table for a cornhole playoff match, or head to the covered garage for a game of darts or table tennis.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. This home is pet friendly for one dog under 50 lbs, with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee. The dog must be up to date on vaccinations and fully potty trained or kenneled, and no puppies under 1 year are allowed. Beach supplies, including beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and towels, are provided. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are also available. Free parking is included with your stay.
Conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from public beach access, this home is perfect for enjoying the Florida weather. You're also just a 20-minute drive from downtown St. Augustine, where you can explore many shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions on foot. For dining, Safe Harbor is right around the corner. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or a rental, with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi.
Quiet hours are observed between 9 pm and 8 am, as per St. Johns County ordinance, and are strictly enforced. Any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. The minimum age to book this property is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. Guests are required to update the number of guests to the correct amount, and an additional fee may be charged for more guests on the premises than notated in your reservation. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door (Ring Video Doorbell); no private areas can be seen, and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home. Tampering with the device or disconnecting the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests being requested to vacate the premises. Guests must not move furniture, appliances, or decor from where it was found upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. While one dog under 50 lbs is permitted with a $150 nonrefundable pet fee, guests are responsible for any damages caused by the pet during their stay, and an additional charge of $50 per pile will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of. Door codes do not activate until the set check-in time, and early access will not be provided without prior approval. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Vaping or smoking is not allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. Renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage caused by themselves or guests during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Guests are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during their stay or risk being removed from the property. Checkout procedures must be completed as written here and posted in the house; any excessive mess will result in loss of security deposit in the additional amount needed to pay cleaners.
