Pool heat is available for $30 per day. Beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella, wagon, and towels are provided. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are available. The house also offers games like ping pong, darts, and cornhole. One dog under 50 lbs is permitted for an additional $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guests have private access to the entire house, a private backyard with a pool and fire pit, and a one-car garage.
Located just a few minutes' walk from public beach access, this home offers the perfect beach getaway. It's a 20-minute drive to downtown, providing a convenient balance between seaside tranquility and city access.
Quiet hours are observed from 9 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs and underage drinking are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by themselves or their guests. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk as the home is not child-proofed. Check-in begins at the set time, and early access requires prior approval. Guests staying past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. A security camera is installed at the front door. Furniture and decor should not be moved from their original positions. For pets, the dog must be up-to-date on vaccinations, have flea treatment, and be potty-trained. Additional charges will apply if dog feces are not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).
