The inviting living area features a plush couch and a big-screen TV with access to streaming apps and top cable channels, with a sofa bed providing additional sleeping space for two guests. The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, cookware, dinnerware, utensils, a coffee machine, a large breakfast bar, and sleek stone benchtops. Meals can be enjoyed at the stylish dining table or at nearby Safe Harbor. Upstairs, three generous bedrooms offer comfortable beds, quality linens, and wall-mounted Smart TVs. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. The two additional bedrooms share a central bathroom stocked with essentials and soft towels. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer is also available.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $30 per day. Beach chairs, an umbrella, a wagon, and towels are provided for your convenience. For families, a pack-n-play and high chair are available. The home also offers house games including ping pong, darts, and cornhole. A covered garage is available for parking and games. Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $150 per stay for one dog under 50 lbs, with specific vaccination and training requirements.
This home is conveniently situated just a few minutes' walk from public beach access and a 20-minute drive to downtown St. Augustine. The historic city center, with its shops, restaurants, and art galleries, is easily accessible on foot.
Quiet hours are observed between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. The primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay, and the number of guests must be accurately updated in the reservation. This home is not suitable for parties or large group gatherings such as bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, or receptions. Guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by hosts prior to their arrival. An active security camera is installed at the front door. Any attempt to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to the camera may result in reservation cancellation. Furniture and outdoor furniture should not be moved from their original positions. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch; evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Illegal drugs, including marijuana, are strictly prohibited. Underage drinking is not permitted. Do not flush foreign objects down the toilet, only toilet paper. Renters are liable for any property damage caused during their stay. While children are allowed, the home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Late check-outs will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Guests are responsible for picking up and properly disposing of dog feces, with additional charges applying if not done correctly.
