Our leases are simple, we prepare and email you a lease to review as soon as you decide to rent from us. There are no booking fees, just rent + rooms tax on less than 30 day stays. We offer Short Term Rentals! Minimum of two nights, starting at $550 a night plus 13% VT rooms tax, a cleaning fee of $350-$400 and a $500 refundable deposit. Weekly for $2000-2800 plus 13% VT rooms tax , plus cleaning fee + deposit. One month $7400, + a $400 cleaning fee due at departure 2 months for $6850 a month + cleaning fee 3- 4 months @ $6500 a month, + $400 cleaning fee.
