House Rules To maintain a clean, quiet, and comfortable home for everyone, all residents are expected to follow these rules: * Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * No smoking or vaping inside the home. * No illegal drugs or unlawful activity anywhere on the property. * No parties, large gatherings, or disruptive behavior. * Overnight guests require prior approval. * Residents must clean up after themselves in all shared areas. * Dishes must be washed, dried, and put away after use. Dishes may not be left in the sink. * Kitchen counters, stove, and dining areas must be wiped down after use. * Each resident must use only their assigned pantry, refrigerator, and storage spaces. * Shared bathrooms must be cleaned after use. Do not leave clothing, towels, or personal items in the bathroom. * Replace the toilet-paper roll when empty. Only toilet paper may be flushed no wipes, including products labeled "flushable." * Trash must be removed regularly and placed in the outside containers. Trash cans must be taken to the curb for the scheduled Wednesday collection according to the household duty schedule. * Residents are responsible for completing their assigned rotating household chores. * TVs, lights, and appliances must be turned off when not in use. * No pets are permitted on the property, including visiting or overnight pets. * Parking is limited to designated areas. * Residents must respect the property, furnishings, neighbors, and the privacy of other tenants. * Damage beyond normal wear and tear will be the resident's responsibility. * All residents must comply with the signed lease and any additional property policies. This is a shared home intended for responsible residents who value cleanliness, privacy, safety, and mutual respect.
