Carpet on the second floor and tile on the first floor. Property comes equipped with one big AC conditioning and a mini split on the second floor so you have no issue with the air during summer. Big patio on the back with a fire pit that seats your entire family during the winter. The house also has a front patio with a big lawn, trees and bushes and a palm tree equipped with a sprinkler system and a dripping system that runs automatically. Property is centrally located in laveen area, you have access to the main stores with one 2-5 minutes like Walmart, in and out, sprouts and carnicerias!! Access to the 202, I-10 and I-17 in less than 5 minutes from the house, very conveniently located. Tenant will have to bring their own appliances: fridge, gas stove, washer and dryer except microwave and dishwasher. I can also leave all appliances in the property for an extra rent appliance fee if tenant wants to use existing appliances. Property has a Tesla charger in the garage. Tenant pays all utilities: electricity, gas, trash water and sewer including yard maintenance and HOA. Must apply for renters insurance Electricity during peak months runs for $520 and winter is $50 and gas for the furnace is $80 and drops to $20 during summer when you don't use heating. Water bill is around $100-$130 depending on family size and water usage. I check credit and background and income and I can work with people who don't have good credit but will require more security deposit or first month and last month rent or months in advance. No smoking any kind inside the house allowed. Parking 2 cars inside the garage are allowed 2 cars in the driveway 2 cars on the street as per HOA rules Application fee is $48 background and credit check.
