Lease Terms & Rental Policies * Lease Duration: Minimum 12-month lease required. Shorter lease terms may be available upon request, subject to availability and adjusted pricing. * Security Deposit: Security deposit required at lease signing. * Application Requirements: All applicants age 18 and older must complete an application and may be subject to background screening, credit and income verification, and rental history review. * Utilities: Tenants are responsible for electricity, water/sewer, internet/cable, and any other individually metered utilities unless otherwise stated in the lease agreement. * Maintenance: Landlord is responsible for major property maintenance and structural repairs. Tenants are responsible for routine upkeep and for reporting maintenance issues promptly. * Pet Policy: No pets allowed. * Parking: Assigned or off-street parking is available. * Smoking Policy: Smoking is not permitted inside the property. * Late Fees: Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
