Welcome to our humble abode!
Country living right outside of city limits.… We're about five minutes away from fast food and convince store like Walmart, Walgreens, and Thom Thumb.
Two bedroom, one bath house. No bells and whistles here, house is older but has great bones and lots of space both front yard and back yard. Ideal tenant is quiet and respectful as it's a very quiet community (we don't tolerate noise complaints). Owner lives next door to property. Great for someone who likes the peace and quiet but super close to the city.
Lots of critters out in the country so be aware pest control company we use may be called at your request but payment is on tenant to make.
If you have kids we're considered Denton County (Zoned Little Elm schools).
No pets allowed.
