The lease is for a one year minimum period with a military deployment clause, and at the end of the year, will continue as a month to month agreement under the same general terms with a 60 day termination notice requirement. Renters pay for gas, electric, water, internet, cable, phone service, trash collection and a security system if they choose to have one. Pets are welcome but must be disclosed and approved at the time of rental and any additional pets acquired after the initial disclosure must also be approved. There will not be any animal fostering. The tenant is responsible for maintaing the lawn and general landscape care. The privacy drive is shared with one other house which faces this home. The property does not have a fence and is neighbored by woods between it and an elementary school property. There are two patios, one in the upper area and the other is in the lower area at the walk out from the guest suite. This is a very livable, comfortable and efficient home.
