No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes all indoor spaces. No Pets! Utilities Included: All utility costs are covered by the property owner. Renters are NOT responsible for paying for water, gas, electricity, or other standard utilities unless otherwise specified. Month-to-Month Lease Agreement: This lease operates on a month-to-month basis, offering flexibility for both the tenant and the landlord. Either party may terminate the lease with proper written notice, typically 30 days. Late Rent Fee: A late fee will be charged if rent is not paid on time, as outlined in the payment schedule.
