Lease terms

Leases are for twelve months but you can stay as long as you want. Pool service is included with rent. Applications are $50 per person any person 18 or older must apply. There is a $295 hold deposit due at time of application, if approved funds are applied to your move in costs, if denied we will refund the $295. Pets or animals of any kind must be disclosed and accepted by the landlord in writing if allowed, and tenant will be required to carry liability insurance of 300K that names the landlord and AZ Home Renters LLC as "interested parties" on the policy. There are two refrigerators, one in kitchen and in garage. Landlord offers no warranty on appliances.
