The spacious family room boasts a huge flat-screen TV and DVD player. The living room flows into the dining area, breakfast bar, and a fully stocked kitchen. An additional sitting area is provided off the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked for preparing meals.
Enjoy the large outdoor covered patio with ample seating, a stainless steel BBQ, an outdoor pool table, a putting/chipping green, and a "Tiki Toss" game. The heated diving pool is available for an additional charge, and the outdoor spa can be used at your leisure at no charge. A private garage can park 2 cars, and there is a 2-car driveway. A washer and dryer are included. All linens, towels, and paper products are included. Pets are permitted with prior approval only and will incur a pet fee of $131 per stay. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.

The pool can be heated to 85 degrees for an additional charge of $350 per week. The diving board has been removed for safety and insurance reasons. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book, or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Occupancy is limited to the number of guests included in your reservation. No parties or events are allowed without prior approval. All properties are non-smoking. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. Guests are liable for any damages caused to the property.
A separate den area includes a desk and chair for your work-from-home needs.
