Mountain view from the front of the house. 2 1/2 car garage accessed by a large wide driveway. Currently fully furnished, and also has a snow blower in the garage. Village Blvd is on the school bus route, so is one of the first streets to be plowed. New metal roof at end of 2022 and new backyard fence in 2023. This home comes with up to 5 Incline Village Recreation Cards, which provide free access to all Incline Village Beaches and discounts at Diamond Peak and the 2 golf courses in town. Cat, or small dog (less than 20 lbs) considered for the right tenant with agreement to professionally clean / replace carpet, repair doors walls etc. for any damage / wear.
