Unit One features 3 bedrooms (2 queen-size and 1 king-size) and 1.5 bathrooms. Unit Two offers 3 queen-size bedrooms and 1 full bathroom. Both units boast fully equipped kitchens with dining areas, bar seating, and coffee bars (Keurig, coffee, creamers, syrups, sugar). Each unit includes a living room with a sectional and Smart TV, board games for family fun, office space, and a washer/dryer.
Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars, and a 2-car garage is included. A shared backyard space offers fresh air and relaxation. Max 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
This property is conveniently located just minutes from Bedford Reservation, Bridal Veil Falls, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, providing easy access to beautiful trails, waterfalls, and local attractions.
Please note that this is a non-smoking property, with a $500 fine for violations inside the house; smoking outside is permitted. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, along with additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, offering either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
