Each unit features 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, bar seating, and a coffee bar (Keurig, coffee, creamers, syrups, sugar). The living rooms are furnished with a sectional and Smart TV, and board games are included for family fun. Both units also include office space and a washer/dryer.
Driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars, and a 2-car garage is included. Pets are allowed with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100 fee. Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed.
Located just minutes from Bedford Reservation, Bridal Veil Falls, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park, you'll be close to beautiful trails, waterfalls, and local attractions.
Please keep noise to a minimum when outside, as noise levels are monitored with decibel readers. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited, with zero exceptions. Any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Please avoid confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean. A damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $50.
