Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with zero exceptions. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages caused. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.
