The house was built approximately twenty-two years ago and has wooden floors everywhere, save the bathroom. It is south of the parkway on High Ridge Road & within walking distance from a commercial area. This unit has two bedrooms and one bathroom. Each bedroom has decent closet space and provides decent sunlight. The living area/family area includes an in-built kitchen with a few windows. The aforementioned windows provide good sunlight during the daytime. All windows are double pane-windows/storm windows. The kitchen area has a dishwasher with some cabinet space. The living area leads to the only entrance. From this entrance, you have a patio underneath a deck that leads to the backyard. This area is where outdoor furniture, umbrellas, etc. may be kept.
