Beautiful 3 acres lot, with privacy from roads and neighbors, with big views and a private driveway.… Properties around all have either 3 acres as well, or to the right and left, 35 acres. Lots of space, quiet and yet, only a 20 minutes drive to baseline in Boulder. Within minutes of walker ranch trailhead, 5 minutes of gross reservoir and many other trailheads. At a low altitude, the climate is a good compromise between the heat of Boulder and the cold of places at higher altitudes.
Large house with renovated 2.5 baths fully rebuilt, high end hard wood floor on the main floor and all rooms, new 100% natural wool carpet in the lower level. A car port is available for one car. This house feels like an island away from everything, yet close to everything. The logs came from trees that were brought down from further up the mountain, the eastern deck is sheltered from sun and storms, you can eat out during the summer storms, enjoying the thunder while staying out. The south deck is in full sun, so this is a great place to hang out in the morning or evenings and during the colder months.
Deer, elks, wild turkeys abound and will be your neighbors.
